Movement is led by Dāvis Salenieks, a real estate and investment professional with more than 15 years of experience in property development, project management, investment analysis and business negotiations.
Throughout his career, Dāvis has been involved in residential, commercial and investment projects, working closely with investors, property owners, developers, financial institutions and legal professionals. His experience covers the entire process — from identifying opportunities and evaluating projects to negotiations, development and successful implementation.
Over the years, Dāvis has built a strong network of trusted partners across the real estate, legal, financial and construction sectors, enabling clients to access reliable local expertise through a single point of contact.
